Robotics
	- full range of 2 or more axis Take-Out systems suitable for any blow moulding machine - fitted to a blow moulder to remove blown bottles and place the same onto a feed conveyor. - servo driven axis - simple " Teach Positions " of axis via touch panel. - ease of access to blow moulder for inspection etc. - in most instances does not need to be removed for tooling changes. - "Euroflex" slat chain conveyors for transfer of containers to packing machines. - standard range includes systems for Aoki 80 to 500 and Nissei 70/650 single stage PET machines. - options: lonizer, blocked conveyor sensor, leak detection, batching.
Basic Tray packer Model ST/120/E
	Electric drive for row & block pusher. Suitable for trays to 1200mm x 1000mm. Three different block row configuration settable via "Touch Screen" - equal Nr. Bottles/ row - off set rows of equal Nr. - off set row -1
Bagger Model ST/60/TL/B
	Accumulation table, model ST/60/TL/B. Accumulation blocks of bottles to a mass of 600mm x 1000 mm and packs the same into trays or sealed bags. Three different block row configurations as per ST-120-E settable via "Touch Panel".
Conveyor Accumulation Model ST/120/MBAP
		With indexing accumulation band for 2 or more blocks. block pusher to remove finished blocks to a palletising module, r obotic or lift system. All blocks may be removed giving maximal accumulation time during pallet changes. Same row configurations as Std model ST-120-E.
Palletising
		Trays to 1200 x 1000 pallet height as required with accumulation conveyors for med. to high production rates. Manual or automatic placement of divider sheets or trays. Manual or automatic placement & removal of pallets. Block row configurations as per ST-120-E settable via "Touch Panel".
